I am finishing off my new engine and am down to the engine tin. The engine is new and the tin wass purchased separately used (powder coated). The original engine is safe and soundly crated up.

Can some folks here tell me if I have all the tin parts correct?

What I don't understand is the 3rd to last picture. The part fits ok, but it has two unused attached nuts at the bottom of the tin. It is connected to the drivers side rear of the engine. It must be a wrong part or I am missing another part? Thanks

You're definitely missing a piece.

Here is a snapshot from the Porsche parts catalog which you can download for free.

I think it's the piece number 17.
