If there was a 914 you were thinking about taking a look at, and the seller sent you this video, what would your initial reaction be? In particular, regarding how high he revs the engine.

BTW, this video was texted to me, which is why the quality is shite. I put it on my youtube.

You rev the engine till the needle can't go any further on the dial. I would think he doesn't know a lot about cars. Maybe ask when the oil was last changed.
