your car is narrow of flared? 7" rims with the 205/55 16 in rear are tight eve after some metal work on rear flares to give more room- on my narrow car- other option is to get a bit more - camber im not sure it that will gain 1/4" more space or not. My fenders are flared but not GT flares. But looking at the specs for these tires the 205/55 16 and the 205/50 16 have the same tread width and the same sectional width. but the 205/55 tires are taller. 24.9 vs 24.0 Maybe compare the specs for your current tires and these. |
