The rebuild / replace is in my future too. Local expert quotes $600 or so for rebuild & recurve of my Bosch unit - but the 123 new gives me programmability and is markedly cheaper.
Anyone have hands-on experience withe the 123 unit on a 6? |

Anyone have hands-on experience withe the 123 unit on a 6? I bought one for my 914-6 with 2.2E engine but I haven't had time to put it in yet. I too looked at recurving my stock Bosch distributor but the advantages of the 123 Distributor look appealing to me. Hopefully I will get it installed in the next few weeks when the weather is better to be able to test it out. Jeff B |

A 356 friend has "B" hotrod with the 123 in it. Says he can tune it from his phone. Car runs well!
