Check out AutoAtlanta.com. Dr 914 has almost all of the exploded view drawings with links to part #s and dimensions. go to the transmission section, maybe one about levers etc....
but you will easily see the difference between an early tail shifter and a later side shifter. Side shifter required a different motor mount bracket (bar) too. Great source to see and learn the differences, how many washers to use, direction of bolts, all kinds of important stuff on the whole car |
