these look great and fit fine, although the grain is not perfect, for the concours guys, Just Dashes reskins the roll bar bolsters for 350 each plus shipping both ways. They do a good job, but their grain does not match very well either!!!!
Has any one noted the smooth vinyl grain difference between the 72-74 models and the 75 76 models? |

Maybe better stated would be developed the most perfect ones currently available. Doesn't have the same appeal. I guess that is why I am a scientist and not in marketing. I stayed in a Holiday Inn last night? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) |

Then why in your ad did you say it was perfect? |

The agreement is that we will not undersell AA in price. We will match any sales. ... We will also make our version available to AA with the same understanding. Now there is something you don't see too often! Kudos to both of you, we need as many people/businesses supporting our little cars as possible. The new ones should be ready in a few months. We are just finishing up a big project with large tooling that I'm sure a few of you can use. just a matter of how much we have out in tooling at once.

years ago we took an original paint Zambezi green 1.8 and ordered all new factory parts for it, took it apart and built a true concours car, but the paint was factory and perfect and the car had low miles. It made a concours award winner.
THESE days it is impossible to purchase new factory parts, even the factory is making cheap repros for what they make, so although a car can be made clean, the concours winner is nil to be had unless you have an original unmolested car (for example where does one get a factory genuine carpet kit? (that is the first giveaway) Some of us have these original cars, even some with more miles on them, that are in concours condition, and we have several cars here that we restored years ago that would qualify for the concours competition (like the original motor trend import car of the year a 1971 1.7, but these cars, again, were done when one could order all of the factory parts one's pocket book could afford Just curious but is it possible to Build a concorse car Or only real true original survivors are considered Concorse material . |
