Working on my transmission now and I lack the expertise to know if parts (syncros, slider, and dog teeth) are still serviceable.
Just wondering if everyone just replaces everything while they're in there. I know it's expensive, but is it worth the cost just to ensure I don't put bad parts back in? I found AutohauzAZ to have some of the best prices. Does anyone have a better parts supplier recommendation? |

I do have Dr. Evil's video.
Problem I'm having is accessing the wear limit of the part. I was just wondering if others were experiencing the same and just went ahead and replaced all the parts. I guess that's why his clinics are so useful. |
