For sale is a G50 transaxle, numbered G5001 1 J04751. 1987 model, open diff unit. I bought it out of a running car for a project over 10 years ago and mostly forgot about it after using a different trans. I ran across it cleaning out and figured I should try to sell it to someone that had a use for it. I vaguely remembered someone going into the tailhousing years ago, so I just had it gone through by a local Porsche mechanic. Most of the components of reverse are missing. I have a list of what it needs to be made whole, looks like a little less than $3k parts and labor. I don't know much about value on these, so I am happy to entertain offers in as-is or repaired condition. Willing to ship; paypal or money order are fine.

Regards,
Joe
