You're in the ballpark depending on how much rust is in the critical areas like hell hole, longs, ect.

A great deal for someone. Other than potential hell hole issues it looks pretty solid. I love the "patina". Olympic Blue is a favorite color for many people! Make sure it's solid, get the mechanicals sorted and drive drive drive!
