Edit : Three more pair available as of 3/12/2019

Please read Eric's post on 5 lug conversion options. Make sure these are right for you.

http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?sho...p;hl=conversion

I am selling pairs of the late (71-76) rear hubs that were redrilled to 5 x 130mm lug pattern.

They do not have the extra bosses used on the 1970-1971 hubs

They were stripped and black oxide coated.

A professional machine shop machined them.

I hand installed new 10.9 grade 14m x 45m studs. The 45mm studs are for use with steel or alloy wheels.

Second picture is of hubs with out studs. Longer lenght studs for use with spacers available by request.

These hubs only work with 914 stub axles and CV's. Not recommended for high (300+) HP applications.

$265 no cores required shipped in the U.S.
$215 With a good core of hubs returned. $75 Core deposit required.
$175 with no studs.

I do not accept hubs that have damage to the surface where the stub axle seats.
Commonly caused using a BFH and a big socket.

Thanks for looking.

Were these being one off thing or can you make as many of these as we supply good hubs?

What counts as high horsepower?

Thanks!

It’s not the hubs that can’t handle high horsepower, it’s the CV’s. This setup uses the stock 914-4 CV’s, which most believe to be good to 150-160 horsepower. Personally I think they handle a little more than that but I think that depends on your driving style.

I know this is the reverse of what you do Bdstone914,..But could you take a 5 lug hub and make it a 4 lug hub so I could use my 4 bolt Fuchs with 911 axles,..?? Thanks

I could but that seems ass backwards. What exactly are you running? Trans, axles, CV's , hubs ? You would ruin good 5 lug hubs that are getting very hard to find.

@flmont

He has an early ‘70 -911 set of hubs, cv’s, stubs and trans stubs. He wants to use his 2.0 Fuchs. I think it would be a cool idea except the 911 front hubs can’t be modified the same way.
