One of the things I admire about the 914 is that every piece seems to serve a purpose.
One if the things troubling me on my 2.0 was the VW smell in the cabin. I knew exhast and exchangers are good but it was still there. Turns out that while the rubber seals around the engine tins are all new, a section on drivers side kept popping off. I thus glued it with some 3M weather strip adhesive. Nice long drive today, nothing but fresh air. |
