[FONT=Arial] [SIZE=7][COLOR=blue] I finely got my car on the transport. I have been working on this deal for 5 months or so. This V-8 914 has a 400 HP 350 and has a converted 930 transmission. Still needs some asembly, hope to have it on the road in a few months. Here are a few pictures.

The links worked for me. Maybe because I'm also on cox.net? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/idea.gif)

Nice looking car - with a lot of potential.
Good luck with the (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smash.gif) and have fun when you get to (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/driving.gif) it.

Very nice conversion! Mind saying who built it, which kit, and what you paid for it?

Yeah, nice car. Gime me a shout if you need some help with it. I cant be too far away if you are in the OC. I would like to see the car in person. I may have some parts you will need too or know where to get them for the best price.

I hope to have it here late next week. I surely will need to find out about the 930 to 914 trans linkages. Renegade sells the shift linkage for $800 dollars however I see it elsewhere for under $400 whats up with that? I believe it has most everything else bolted in or boxed in the car. I don't mind saying the cost was $10K. Some might think thats allot but after talking to Scott at Renegade it was a must buy for me. Apparently he spent far more at Renegade than I did the hole car, and thats just on conversion parts. The car, engine etc was extra.

That's what I'm looking for. I would love to have that car.

One thing though, can anyone explain to me why someone would put a sunroof on a targa top? You want sunshine, take the top off!

The car looks super nice and that was a steal for the price .

The part number listed on the photo of the head is for a small block Ford?? Its clearly a SBC.

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads/blog-1118388806.jpg)

Good luck and get that thing going.

$10k! What a deal! Some people spend that much on the 930 conversion alone!
