This is an issue we all need to consider. I have a Hagerty policy on my car with a stated value. Even though I expect the shop in VA had adequate insurance coverage, I was always a bit anxious as it was not my policy and I did not know any details. So once Hagerty agreed to cover it, I was much happier and relaxed. Once it is a roller again and in color, I will increase coverage and send them new photos to support that increase.
