Here is an improved design.. The upper radius is just impossible to do without sectioning or stamping dies$$$$$.
This one could be done for $125 . considering its gonna get some sort of carpet or whatever seems like value engineered..Attached Image

Agreed but stamped not hand formed..would cost 3-500 to reproduce for each part.
