Tube sticking out Drivers side of the engine tin. Cap it ? Use it? (2L carbs). Points 90degrees left. Not a head vent and my blinker fluid is full.

For the charcoal vent system, don't need to cap.

Cap it if you dont have the charcoal system. The air that comes out it will flow over your #1 and #2 cylinders instead.
