Seller will not disclose the VIN and has no COA. Assuming this is an authentic LE, care to speculate on what this will go for?

Other than recording the fate of what might have been an LE, can we agree that there is almost no value in this car. I would guess perhaps two dozen restorers in the country have the talent to reverse this neglect and all of them would require a customer with deep pockets and complete lack of common sense. This is a 6 figure restoration. LE’s haven’t gotten there yet.
