With all the stuff that's still on my plate, I doubt I'll make it to any of the 2019 events, but maybe, just maybe, I'll have a running P-car ready in time for 2020 (if I'm sill alive then) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)

See the replies. Why don't the organizers understand how people need to plan for vacation??? Are the organizers self employed and or retired? Dates first so we can plan. Details will be fine later. Please don't take this as dissing, but a planning director needs to be assigned.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) I gently asked the same question. Apparently the Motels haven't been secured yet. As far as I know the route and possibly date were selected! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/WTF.gif)

Hotel logistics are challenging, but that's just phone calls to the right people. It is not hard, it's communication skills prefaced by the drive to get it done.

Kent is gently. Awww. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol2.gif) Love ya bro.

Seriously now, thanks for the work to pull it together. It's a serious job taking on an event like this.

It's just dates that we needed to plan. Location can be adjusted. Vaca time can't. I'm already out because of the time needed to plan time off. You can all rejoice you won't have to see my ugly mug! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

They announced the dates a while ago in a separate thread but no more details than that.
I read in another thread (route 66 I think) that they had announced routes and maybe additional info at the socal holiday lunch.

I am hoping to hear some specifics soon so I can figure out how to get it on my schedule.

Here is the 2019 WCR thread:
