I am going to make one of these for one of my customers. He wants it to be for a 60mm gauge so I have enough material for 4 of them. I considering it as a new product. Any interest in this or just a one off. Here is a picture of a 52mm one by SM . was thinking $60 each.. Am I way off on this?

I'd take one for a 60mm diameter powercoated black, or even better black wrinkle powdercoat ...

I wish they could be cheaper but was thinking time and materials vs volume and volume kills it..

I know I can powdercoat flat black doubt wrinkle coat..
