I acquired a new piece of pre-cut perlon from 914Rubber and have done some limited test fitting. Since I only get one shot at gluing the perlon, i’m Looking for advice from someone that’s done this.
Type of glue, tools, solo or Help . Attached thumbnail(s) |

I mask everything and then only apply glue to top halves (both felt and surface), stick down felt, then fold up bottom half (hold it up with some tape) and spray glue on both bottom halves, then stick that down.
Trying to line up the whole piece is do-able, but more difficult than just half and half. |
