Got this sizing info off an older thread regarding Rocker Panel Mounting

Mine are already riveted on the inside, however would like to pick up the correct m6 x 10 hex head bolt on bottom with 3/8" black spacers:

So the question is what is the correct hardware for the front valence? Is it the same and are spacers required?

Does anyone have experience in dealing with Allen Fastners in Burbank or any one else in the greater LA area that carries a full line of metric fastners.

All input is appreciated as you will probably see many threads from me as I begin reassembly on the car this weekend. Thanks.

Allen Fastener is a good source for (local L.A.) metric. Ask for Henry if you need to locate something special

If you're looking for original type - which were "cheese head" slotted screws, then you might try AA who has a valance & rocker hardwre kit(s) just for that purpose which include the rubber spacers, & there may also be other member vendors like 914Rubber, A&P gal, etc. doing kits too.

I have the cheese head screw if you want them as well as the pop rivets and end mounting hardware with rubber spacer.

I used the stainless allen screws I sell for the sheet metal.

I could do a fill mounting kit for $20 shipped domestic with all you need to mount these.
Let me know if you are interested.

Mark,

Just saw this reply as I have already sourced the cheese head screws at the Ace hardware right next door to my office in Torrance. I would need just the rubber spacers as I already have the rivets from you and the rockers are presently on the car.

Let me know if we can do something on those via regular mail. Thanks.

I'm going to hijack here because I want those allen head screws but would also like a black screw to secure the top of the rocker, for future servicing. Do you have anything for that?

Top rocker normally attached with the black pop rivers. I understand some like to add screws to allow for easy removal.
I have something That might work. I’ll get back to you.
