Looking for parts
Found the attached diagram on AutoAtlanta They need to be the early versions, unless you experienced guys know that the newer ones work fine on a '71. They do not have to be clean, just not damaged in any way. I have become quite adept at cleaning off rust and rehabilitating parts. (but clean would be nice) |

I have a set. Powdercoated. Great shape. $295 + ship. Mark Just looked at your website. That sir is some uncommonly good quality work. That would be Ben / MB911. I’m the guy who sells used parts. I can send you some pics tomorrow. PM me your email or reply to mark@markepstein.net They just look like very clean early 911 struts. Good bearing surfaces on the spindle. |

I have located a set.
When I was discussing with the seller, I mentioned that I was worried that when they swapped in the 2.0 engine from a'76 that they may have swapped some other stuff out. He helped me to determine that they are later versions mounted on my '71 body. Luckily the seller had both styles. I appreciate all the help from KevinW from MN! Saved me a giant headache. |
