I know I really need to start asking questions on the Samba because I haven't owned a 914 in about 2 years, but hey, I like you guys a lot more than them (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

This is a pretty general, probably basic car electrical issue. I just got my 1965 VW bus and almost none of the electrical components work. Engine runs fine and the hazards work on 3 of the 4 lights (front drivers side doesn't work). Headlights, turn signals, brake lights, horn don't work. Also, the rear passenger side is very dim.

I've checked all the fuses and bulbs and they all appear good.

Since NOTHING is working, I must be missing something pretty basic.

Thanks in advance for your continued advice, even though it's not 914 related!
