Good result saturday for the -6. Finished second out of 68
people, only taken by a z06 vette (not same one as last week). z06 - 71.6 me - 72.8 next 914's - ~74.5 Only 2 four-cylinders there this time. My new koni yellows this year definitely are making the difference in controlling hairpins and almost-spins. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif) All my times were very close, which normally would indicate a good driver, but in this case it looks like it means I kept making changes to one section that killed the times of the next section. Got to work on that. Will be distilling a video tonight. |
