The Jury did not have to determine whether he did the deed or not, only whether the prosecution proved that he did. The jury did not have to find what really happened, only whether what the prosecution said happened, actually happened, beyond a reasonnable doubt.

If there are two contradictory versions, two witnesses saying different things, and the jury can't figure out beyond a reasonnable doubt who is lying, it must acquit.

The standard to achieve a conviction is actually very very high when a good well paid defense team is involved, and there is no direct physical evidence of a crime.

People see too much TV. TV is based on advertising. TV shows about criminal law... are not good places for people to learn about what a 'reasonable doubt' is.

The only way they ould have convicted him, is a video of him blowing the kid, on Santa Monica Blvd, at noon, with three witnesses on site, chanting "pedophille! pedophille"... and then only after he actually had sex with another child, in court.

Reasonable doubt... everyone believes in conspiracy.. he is a practicing pedophille.. no doubt here.
