I am looking for the whole thing that is between the floor and the seat for the right seat, i.e., the mechanism that allows the seat to tilt and slide. I know it was not standard on a '70 six, but that's what's in my car.

I’ve got one. It’s in about the same condition as the one Bob has pictured. Don’t have the rails that go on the seat though.
Not sure how much to ask for it. Shipping should be around $15 if it fits in a medium priority mail box. |

Jeff you will also need the adjusting rake and the passenger side mount for it. I have these if you need a set up. The rake has been replated.
