So the real loser is the guy who got his car jacked. It’s a shame the Filipino government won’t put in the effort to find the original owner

They should have sold them and used the $ to fund the electrical infrastructure they so badly need. Guess that wouldn't work because the ass hats running the power company are crooks too.
