Yes it’s basically ink on a plastic sheet that dissolves in water as the printed ink is reactivated with a solvent. The pattern floats on the water and you dip the parts so the ink conforms to the shape of the part. You tube hydro graphic dipping and you should see how it’s done. You’ll need to put a clear coat over it. It’s as durable as a good clear coat depending on what environment it’s in. The company in Southern Cali I would contact is Shmaze.
