I bought a 993 and sold the 914-6 conversion. Missed the 914, bought it back and sold the 993. I bought a Toyota 86 aka scion frs aka subaru brz for a daily driver with all the modern conveniences. I am a happy camper. The best of both worlds. If I had lots of money, I would replace the Toyota with a Caymen or modern 911, but I can't see that happening anytime soon supporting three daughters.

I sold the 993 versus the 914. The Toyota replaced my other daily driver rice rocket that died years later. The 993 needed 10k worth of work, plus it was a 4 speed tiptronic. |
