Which way does it go?

With the logo facing so you can read it from outside of the car, that would put it on the passenger side.
I would think this is the correct way as most of the window glass logos can be read from outside the car.

If you put the logo on the driver side, then you can read it from inside the car.

Would hate to have someone say: "hey, you put your rear glass in backwards." (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

It's on the passenger side, reading out, on my '74 and '75 (heated).

IIRC the standard for all vehicles on all exterior glass is to put the logo readable from the outside, probably so that it can be easily read for replacement type/maker/etc.

The last word tells the story 'heated'
With the grid inside the car of course.

What logo?

The info that the every window manufacturer (like Sekurit) puts on every piece of glass on the car.
There's the VW logo, Delodur, Sekurit, DOT reg, etc.
