Rear appears to be a 1974-only bumper, with holes

Front appears to be a 1973-1974 bumper, with patches and filled holes—curious way to do that and I'd be interested to hear someone's take on the method who has filled these holes in the past or knows folks who have, like McMark.

Sent a PM, as I am interested as well!
