I’ve found foam chunks for the bottom, but no molded foam.

I sent to Micheal's, the art supply place. They had different thicknesses and stiffness. I glued 1/2 inch thick foam over the bolster pads that were worn, and a stiff foam for my wide bottom.

We do make them, and slightly thicker to compress into the vinyl.
We've been a little backlogged so I'll check in the afternoon to make sure I have a set.
