Ax at PIR South PIts, Sunday, July 20 in the morning...9ish till 1ish.
Usually there are less than 50 drivers so we get 5 runs + fun runs.

Any of you Seattle pukes wanna come play? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/boldblue.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/boldblue.gif)

If it is sunny, I will come. What time do I need to be there for registration and tech? 8am? Damn, that means leave here at 5am

I can fit one wheel up front, one in the back, and two on the passenger seat (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif)

Kevin, I have been using street tires and they don't seem to suffer all that much....go for the helmet.

Chris, just allow time to walk the course and change wheels before 9:00. Since this one is not in the infield, timing is not so critical. Two run groups, done by 1 pm. This is a pretty informal bunch. "Tech" means does it roll on 4 wheels.

Jim:
The "tech" thing is going to be tightened up, I hear. It should be fairly
basic, tho.....lug nut torque, nuthin loose, yada...Is your "new "car gonna be ready?

Kevin: If you had 5 bolt wheels I could hep ya out.
If anyone up there can get aholt of Eric Fry, (my puter is daid) let him know that we got a spot for him.....just ahead of the 9elebens.

I'm gonna be there with it. Only got about 200 miles on the engine so far, but I'll go slow (always do). Got some more Weber tweaking to do before then. Waiting 'till after Sunday to pull tranny and replace main seal. Hope the clutch disc will stay dry 'til then. Push rod tubes and oil cooler seem to be holding. Guess it could be worse after 19 dry years.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) save your dough, when you see how slick the triad linkage is you'll be intouch with dave in short order. ask jp his trick for not fighting the hex rods. if i don't mention it now chances are a senior moment will set in. the photo's are very kind to a silver car. you'll see what i mean tomorrow.
