So as to not waste peoples time. I have not seen the car personally, but this was correspondence back in August:

You say it is in fair condition. Does this mean it has rust? If so where are the trouble spots?

Seller:
Yes. Battery tray, both jack posts. and rear floors.

It's also listed here in MD on craigs, some more pictures, but still vague.

There was no Ravenna Green in 75, only in 73-74. Ravenna is much more neon than this. This looks like maybe Berber Yellow?
