I am going to replace my clutch with the superkit from PP while doing my top end rebuild (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smash.gif) in the next few weeks.

Is it pretty much a no brainer (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/chair.gif) to have the flywheel re-surfaced? The clutch is working fine but the throw out bearing is starting to whine a bit, so i figure I might as well replace it all while i'm in there.

Thanks

Luke D

If it has enough for another cut. Many flywheels are already too thin. Get it resurfaced. As my machine shop would say, "Unless you like dropping your engine." (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/agree.gif) it's not that expensive(mine was abbout $40) and you'll probably see, when you get it off, that it needs it...
