Dig in . . . Don't give up on the days you've bitten off more than you care to. You'll figure it out along the way.

914's are marvelous cars.

.. I think I sourced one online that should work?
914 Passenger Long >>CLICK ME>>

...

NO!! I do not believe you need THAT $300 part - the item you linked to is a PASSENGER's COMPARTMENT item (the vertical metal next to the passenger's seat). Your problem is on the outside of the car. BTW, remember - "outter long" just refers to the outter most covering (you have plastic porsche script ones), inner long is the pieces under that cover. It's more confusing than it should be. Anyway..

IF...IF you find that the WHOLE right-side long needs to be replaced (I kind of doubt), then these are the items you need:
http://www.restoration-design.com/store/product/PP301R = $125 [May find this not necessary]
http://www.restoration-design.com/store/product/PP331 = $165 [Definitely Need]

Perhaps you could replace just the PP331 and add the following on top of it for extra stiffening:
http://www.restoration-design.com/store/product/PP346R = $210 [Not necessary but..]

Besides the above you'll also NEED:
http://www.restoration-design.com/store/product/PP302 = $13
http://www.restoration-design.com/store/product/PP303 = $16
http://www.restoration-design.com/store/product/PP342R = $65

Also worth looking at are these long reinforcement panels from Brad at 914 Ltd

IS this something I could get later on or if i get the other parts I should get as well?
