Tdskip -
You can look at Jim's Copper 75 in the pix from the PCA-GPX breakfast last Saturday, for what it looks like in good condition. There are also pix of 914s in most of the 914 factory colors on p914.com (.net & .org) when you're trying to figure out colors on 914s, & they also have a lot of originality & what stuff was on which MYs there. I can't say whether the one in your pix is repainted in the official Porsche/914 L99K Copper Metallic. There are a few other 914s which were resprayed at some point in that color, including mine from 76-80. While I liked the color on my 914, by my 1980 rolling resto I changed it because it looked like metallic orange in our SoCal sun & attracted too much attention from the PD/CHP etc. - so I went to the "Pavement Cammo" Anthracite Grey Metallic in my avatar pic, which then got very little attention!
