Sand blasted, cleaned, straightened, maybe $20. The bracket has value. The trim piece not much.

The aftermarket license plate frames, not much especially in poor condition, however if it had of been one of those old free dealership frames from the 70's, they are worth big bucks specifically if from the right dealers. . I've seen some go for $500.
Mounting bracket is a $20 item cleaned and straight
