I believe Ben makes these new so that, while not identical, may be a good reference point. Maybe check closed eBay sold data as well

I am interested in a set (depending on the pricing).

Those heat boxes looked perforated? If that is the case $700 if they are not I would say 12-1500. It's hard to say.. I sell mine for $1950 and they 100% stainless. Though are not own stampings. I did buy a used set of own ones to rebuild for $500 .. Then fixed them and will likely sell for about 1100 when I am done with them. So there you have it. All kinds perspective. Does this help or is there a specific area that you can see that I cannot? Please let me know and i'll be happy to take more pictures. The next 2 sets that I will be selling have perforations or holes in the heat area.

I think you are bending the rules here. As stated above, all ads must have a price. Please abide by the rules.

You can buy new ones from Stoddard. I would guess 50% of the new price depending on condition.

This exhaust does not have any pinhole's in it at all!!!! I asked about the value of the exhaust, posted pictures taken from a cell phone, asked if any more detailed pictures were necessary and ended up with opinions and evidently competing with someone who manufactures a stainless exhaust who has many more posts than me.
The exhaust is no longer for sale. I will post for sale threads on my other two exhaust systems that have holes and pinholes and I will highlight those areas. I must say i'm pretty disappointed. I have many other OEM, NOS parts for a 914-6 but they will not be for sale on this forum.
Thank you.

Dave,

My appoligies if it seemed I was trying to undersell you. That was not the case. I am only sharing what I see in the pictures.

Regardless when you posed the question as to value I commented. If you posted the price initially then no one except buyers would have commented.

I would suggest just start a clean thread with an asking price and all good.

Dave - Ben's a good guy. He isn't trying to derail anything, people here will take his and other comments and observations in stride.

I'm in your potential pool of buyers (doing a 6 conversion) and it hasn't put me off.

Dave,

If a guy is building a real six car then he would want the factory look, part. There is room for everyone and the pair you showed looks very good. I have seen some real crap before that may leak Carmon Monoxide when the heat is on.

Ben is a very good guy and has helped the 914 community a lot.

I can not think of a better place for you to sell 914 parts than here. The price is right for seller as there is no costs. Something super rare I guess EBay or here for an extra post.

I personally look here every day. Pelican one time every 6 months and Ebay some time when I have too much time on my hands.
