Hi guys - just a heads up that the seller who stole my deposit on the car that was the hard undisclosed hit and hacked-in rusty rear clip is back on San Francisco and Sacramento Craigslist.

Good morning - most of this is documented here but basically the seller totally misrepresented the car. He stated in writing - as he is doing again - that the car was "straight" and verbally told me the car was accident and rust free.
It showed up here with major rust and had a hard hit, trunk floor and inner fenders were buckled and the back section of the car was cut off and replaced with a poorly welded in section from another car.  |

Good morning.
If enough people flag the ad it will be taken off Craigslist , that would be one way the community here could decide to take action. That is obviously an individual decision for the members here. I just don’t want to see anyone else get taken advantage of / harmed by this seller. |

I got a nice note from a guy up in SF who appreciated the additional relevant information on the car, apparently the seller lied to him about the condition of the car as well. |
