Hi all,
Does anyone know the measurement from hub to hub on a Gt? I have a GT clone with steel arches and spacers on the front but want to know the original width of the track. Cheers |

I wondered the same thing as I running 7 and 8s and from the looks of it 8s and 9s would be an easy fit..

I think they came with 15x6 wheels and no spacers. It was up to the customers to change it up I believe.

i ask the question as i see cars with GT arches that are really low at the front whereas if i drop mine at the front the tyre catches the arch on full lock if i hit a bump. What size spacers are you guys using?

i ask the question as i see cars with GT arches that are really low at the front whereas if i drop mine at the front the tyre catches the arch on full lock if i hit a bump. What size spacers are you guys using? Tires have different profiles. Elephant has some stops to keep it from hitting at full lock but that's just the way some cars are. Spacers might help, a lot of guys run 944 turbo (24mm) spacers on the front. |

If you use 944 turbo wheels (951 part number), you don't need any spacers. The offset is correct for the 914-6.

That is my car.
I will try removing the spacers but will that give me a problem with hitting the inner arch on full lock. Thanks for all the input |
