Looking to get a set of original 94mm Mahle 2.0L cylinders bored out to 96mm. What are the recommended tolerances for giving to the machine shop for this diameter?

Thank you,

Sean

You'll need to give them your new set of pistons so they can do it right...usually the new pistons come with an info sheet for tolerances...

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) We do a lot of 3.2 to 3.4. the cylinders should have a spec sheet. I think they charge us $75 a jug.
