So I was going thru a box that came with my 914/6 when I bought it 15 years ago. I came across this long thin "T"ish shaped part and am not sure what it is. The seller sent the box with the car which included, in addition to the part in question, oil lines for a 914/6, door latch assemblies, and a couple of other miscellaneous body parts. It may be off a 911 also.... It is hard to tell from the pics, but it is a golden cad color with no rusting. Maybe something off an early 911's MFI?

feeds the cold start system injecting gas down the throat of the intake stacks, great fire hazard

These tubes are likely part of the original cold start fuel system originally installed on very early 6s, which were recalled and removed due to fires. Basically the circuit dumped raw fuel into the air cleaner tops via these pipes and a solenoid.

Edit: George was faster on the draw, lol.
