bump

I am listing this for my spouse who is unable to finish working on it due to health issues. The following is what I have been told about the car.

1972 1.7 (believe it to be a 1.7 from my search of VIN #) with widebody kit. Kit is not bolted to car. Flares are fiberglass. Only rust looks to be more of rust stains on metal, not eaten through and hell hole is not rusted. Original engine with fuel injection taken off and replaced with dual carbs. Shifting rod came loose at shifter and transaxle stuck in reverse. Drained oil out of transaxle. Needs new exhaust system, heat exchangers and optional A/C restored if wanted. Drivers side door won't open from outside.

He drove this home from the person he purchased it from (Person was selling to complete other 914s he had) which was approximately 4 hours away without any problems at the time. But has not been driven since transaxle stuck (in 2016). Didn't have tool to repair this.

All in all, in pretty decent shape. Just a little TLC and ready to go!

Clean and clear title. Not sure of actual mileage. Sold as is.

Hoping someone will get it up and running and enjoy it like we had hoped too!

Asking $4500 OBO. Cash only. Located approximately 30 miles northeast of Dallas, TX.
