You should put a time limit on your ads. This car has been up for years. It was there when I started looking in 2015 or 2016. Dealer is out of business. Car recently was on Bring-a-Trailer.

yes you are right, when we charged, this was never a problem, now since free, people do not take their ads down. Hate to charge again but that would handle it.

It is up to the admin to take obsolete listings down if you can't figure out how to automate it! The seller never will as they got what they wanted and don't care anymore. If you put the burden on the sellers, you just lost. The system here at 914world works perfectly as old listings get automatically purged after x-amount of time. You should start charging for yours again if that's what it takes to keep it maintained. If you don't manage it, then it becomes a doggy wasteland. Which is why I suspect you are pitching it here. Do great things instead and people will follow.

Hey, I know that 1971 914, it used to be owned by my next door neighbor Tim Wahal (spelling?) Tim bought it about 1990 and it was a plain Jane with standard hubcaps. Tim put those Pedrini wheels on and it was a perfect 43K milage 914. I used to check it out during my restoration for build details and had a few rides in it too. When Tim sold it about 10-years later it was for sale locally a long time and was looking a little rough later on.

I wondered what happened it it and looks like someone brought it back to it present condition. Every 914 has a history. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/popcorn[1].gif)
