Area codes mean little these days. I get enough unwanted calls to attest to that. Following Billy's link it's not CA. Weird, both websites use the same car photos.

If it is too good to be true, I say it is a scam. Check out the website the search function doesn't even work. Who can do a restoration in 2 or 3 months!
