For Sale, 1973 VW Karmann Ghia Barn find. Engine was rebuilt 15 years ago, and has been sitting for 12 or 13 years. Was placed in non-op; no back registration fees. This is an original California car with the original Blue license plate.

No structural rust in pan or around windows, however there is some rot in the rear fenders behind the tires. Interior will need to be redone, but everything appears to be there. All of the wiring and electrical system is untouched and all functions as it should. I just replaced the ignition switch and wiper switch as these both were broken.

The engine does start and run without issue. Just replaced the fuel pump as this was bad from sitting.

It appears to be a 1 time respray of the original L20E Amber orange paint. It is oxidized, but the paint polishes up to a nice shiny finish with little effort.

$5,000 OBO
