Met a guy at Amelia Island Werks Reunion who said he once owned a 914 with a 3.2 six and it had a Boxster S transmission. He did not do the build himself, said he bought it that way. I'm going down the 915 path currently. Never heard of this combo but was wondering if anyone had? Pros/ cons.

would be neat for someone to install the complete Boxster power plant in a 914, but of course being water cooled makes it a big problem. Best just to install a big air cooled six. The 914 transmissions are always good enough, in my opinion
