Restoring a 70 914-6. Looking for what the factory finish was on the brake dust shields. I am assuming semi gloss black.

I spoke from memory.
I've also had a few sixes
The car I have since 1983 has cad all around .....which I did.
The spares I have have no tin so .....
I agree it's odd to have front and rear different

Thanks a bunch. I saw yellow cad on a couple of restorations and wasn't sure since most seen these days on later cars were black. Off to the plater with mine!

Front and rears have 911 part numbers. The 914-6 body's were shipped to Porsche with no suspension.
