You guys should name the blue, so the op will know the specific name, just sayin. He's looking for paint options I believe.

My suggestion is to do a google image search for '918 blue'. I think the 918 got the best colors from porsche's past and some were stock 914 colors. IMO the 918 puts them in the most idealistic view. I personally like the "voodoo blue" .. mexico blue. OTOH, I love the glow effect of metallics too. Picking a color is tough!

I guess I just really like 914’s because they all look really good to me.

OP here and yep you got it I’m still looking at paint options for my 75/76’ restoration that begins next week. Found a couple more here and I’m leaning heavy toward Olympic. Thanks for the input everyone. Keep em coming.
