Does anyone have pics of the original dash switches for a 70' -6?

I know it's the green fog light switch

Headlight switch - With the word lights or without?

Hazard switch - 88 or without?

Wiper speed switch?

Cigarette lighter?

Thanks!

I have a lot of those lighters, usually from early cars.

sbsix, sorry I also have to tell you your hazard switch is incorrect for a six. Just an FYI and not trying to (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) but since this is in the originality forum...

No worries, I'm still learning about sixes even after owning mine for 25 years. I changed out my switch covers when I got the car and I know I saved the ones it came with when I bought it from the original owner. I just have to dig around to find them, although they were quite worn out as I recall.

My car is a German domestic model and has quite a few differences from the US imported versions so I'm very curious now if the switch covers differed, as well. Brett Johnson's book is vague and doesn't show the differences although it mentions some regarding 914-6s.

I need to do some research it seems and start looking for some different switch covers!

Thanks altitude411. I appreciate the information.

Took me all morning but I found the original correct switch cover and installed it.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumb3d.gif) now the only emergency is to get your car back on it's wheels. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)
